When checking the tracking number for a package shipped via Japan Post, you may see the status
“Dispatched from the international exchange office.”
This status indicates that the package has departed Japan and is en route to the destination country.
The next tracking update typically occurs when the package arrives at customs in the destination country.
Delivery speed varies depending on the shipping method selected.

If the item has not arrived after the following timeframes, please contact our customer service with your Order ID or Delivery Group Number along with the tracking number:
EMS: 2 weeks after departure from Japan
Airmail: 1 month after departure from Japan
Surface Mail: 75 days after departure from Japan
