Yes, we can also deliver to domestic addresses in Japan. If you'd like to ship within Japan, please select Japan as the destination country on the shipping page, enter your address, then select your product and complete the shipping instructions. The shipment will typically be arrive approx. 3-5 days after the shipping instructions are completed (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa). Shipping to a domestic accommodation in Japan (e.g. Hotel) Please confirm in advance with the accommodation whether they can receive and store mail on your behalf. We advise to also refrain from setting a delivery date more than 15 days before your check-in date. Lastly, when filling in the shipping instructions, please include the following information: Name: This should match the name your hotel booking is made Address: In "Address Line 2" please include your check-in date Phone: Please use the phone number for the address Shipping to a friend's home in Japan or another international shipping agent Please confirm in advance with your friend or agent regarding the expected arrival and contents of the package. If your friend or agent is shipping the goods overseas, they may be required to submit customs documentation. We appreciate your understanding that we do not handle customs procedures or issue any documents in such cases.  * As a general rule, shipments to domestic addresses within Japan will be handled by Sagawa Express. For shipments with large weight or size requirements, other delivery companies may be used. If another delivery company is used, the shipping company displayed on the website may differ from the one actually used. Thank you for your understanding. * For deliveries within Japan, an additional 10% handling fee will be applied to the total of (Charge 1 and Charge 2 total exclusing handling fees). This additional fee will be calculated and added to the shipping charge. * For products paid via PayPal, shipping is only available to the country set in your PayPal account at the time of charge 1 payment. Shipping to other countries is not possible, so please make sure to enter the desired shipping address during the charge 1 payment process. For instructions on how to register your address, please contact PayPal.

Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible.  Once a shipping request has been completed, cancellations or changes to the shipping group cannot be accepted. If you wish to make changes for unavoidable reasons, a minimum handling fee of 1,500 yen will be charged. Please note that, depending on the situation, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

When checking the tracking number for a package shipped via Japan Post, you may see the status  “Dispatched from the international exchange office.” This status indicates that the package has departed Japan and is en route to the destination country. The next tracking update typically occurs when the package arrives at customs in the destination country. Delivery speed varies depending on the shipping method selected.
