What is a member rank?

Your From Japan member rank is assigned based on the total value of purchases made within the past year.

Depending on your rank, you can enjoy benefits such as discounts on international shipping, point rewards, and even concierge services.

The benefits and conditions for each rank are as follows:

Black	10％ OFF International Shipping Point rewards Concierge Service	Annual Charge 1 total of over 5,000,000 JPY
Platinum	10％ OFF International Shipping	Annual Charge 1 total of over 400,000 JPY
Gold	5％ OFF International Shipping	Annual Charge 1 total of over 100,000 JPY
Green	3％ OFF International Shipping	Annual Charge 1 total of over 40,000 JPY
Regular Member	None	Annual Charge 1 total of less than 40,000 JPY

* Fuel surcharges and shipments sent via Japan Post's Small Packet service (Airmail, SAL, and Surface Mail) are not eligible for international shipping discounts.

* Membership ranks are updated twice a month, on the 1st and 16th, based on your shipping order history from the past year.

* Point rewards for black rank members is 200 points rewarded per 500 yen Plan Fee (Only available on FROM JAPAN)
