*1 The above timeframes are only estimates. Delivery may be delayed depending on customs procedures in the destination country/region and the carrier's circumstances. Delivery within these timeframes is not guaranteed.

*2 Notes on International Small Packet Shipping (Airmail, SAL, Surface Mail):
* These shipping methods are the lowest priority among postal services. Since delivery relies on available space on planes or ships, it may take a long time and carries a higher risk of loss, so we do not recommend them.
* International Small Packets do not include tracking services.
* For shipments where a tracking service cannot be purchased, we cannot investigate delivery status or provide compensation in case of loss.
* Items with a total value of 30,000 yen or more cannot be shipped using the Small Packet service.

*3 Notes on International ePacket Light:
* Items with a total value of 10,000 yen or more cannot be shipped using the International ePacket Light service.
* When using the International ePacket Light service, tracking services may not be available depending on the situation in the destination country.
* We cannot request investigations for International ePacket Light shipments to the United States.
* Except for shipments destined for the United States, due to system limitations of Japan Post, it is not possible to investigate the delivery status of packages sent via International ePacket Light after two weeks from the date of shipment.
* Even if a package sent via International ePacket Light is undelivered or lost, compensation cannot be provided.
