• This shipping method has the lowest priority among postal services. Since deliveries are made using available space on planes or ships, delivery times may be significantly longer, and there is a higher risk of loss. Therefore, we do not recommend this option.
• International small packet shipments do not include tracking services

  Shipments without tracking services cannot be investigated for delivery progress, nor can they be compensated in case of loss.

• Small Packet can only be selected for packages with Charge 1 valued under 30,000 yen.
• International ePacket Light can only be selected for packages with Charge 1 valued under 10,000 yen.
• When using International ePacket Light, tracking service may not be available depending on the situation in the destination country.
