Why Isn’t the store discounted reflected in Charge 1?

Even if a campaign or discount is being offered by the seller, the product price will be based on the amount at the time we officially complete the order.

As our website is not directly linked to shopping or marketplace sites, discount information from those sites may not be reflected on our product pages.

Additionally, since the product order is placed after the payment for "Invoice 1" is completed, there is a possibility that a campaign may end or the discount amount may change in the meantime.

For this reason, for sites that require a manual quote, we will provide an estimate based on the price before any discounts are applied.


To ensure smoother order processing, please keep the following points in mind:

  • Enter any preferred discount details or campaign periods in the request field beforehand (※)

  • Submit your estimate request well in advance

  • Complete payment for Invoice 1 promptly once the estimate is finalized

If a discount is successfully applied during the ordering process by our staff, the difference will be refunded via your original payment method.

If you believe a discount was applied but you have not received a refund, please contact our customer service with your order reference number.


* The following types of discounts are not supported. Thank you for your understanding:

  • Coupons that can only be used once per person or per account

  • Review-based discounts
      * For items offering review-posting discounts, the order will be placed as if the “No review” option was selected.
