How Are Fragile Items Packaged?

Last Updated:

Items classified as fragile will display a "Fragile Item" icon (a red broken glass symbol) on the shipping instructions page.

For any shipment that includes items marked with this icon, our staff will carefully inspect and package the items to ensure safe delivery.

As a result, the international shipping cost will be provided after packaging has been completed.

Fragile items are typically packaged with a two-layers of cushioning material and double-layered cardboard boxes, ensuring they are securely and carefully packed before shipment.

You may select your preferred shipping method in advance; however, depending on the final size and weight after packaging, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

In some cases, we may need to divide the shipment into multiple parcels based on your selected shipping method.

Please note that we are unable to accept changes to the shipping method or requests for size adjustments after packaging is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
