To minimize international shipping costs, we generally dispose of the shipping box used by the seller and store only the item itself.

However, the shipping box will be retained if any of the following conditions apply:

・The box has a brand logo or printed markings.

・The box is deemed necessary for safe storage or shipping.

If you would like us to keep the seller’s original box, please contact our Customer Service team with your management number before the item arrives at our logistics center.

・For purchases from other sites: After completing Invoice 1 payment
