For some items it is not possible to proceed to the Charge 2 immediately after shipping instructions are set.

For the following items, Charge 2 will not be available immediately after you provide shipping instructions, but only after your shipment has been packed and measured.

Items that cannot be packed by FROM JAPAN will require outsourced packing. You must pay the actual cost to have a packing company pack the items.
Charge 2 (shipping and other fees) will only be available after your shipment has been packed.

Items Requiring Outsourced Packing: ・50 kg or above; ・30 kg or above and 300,000 yen or above; ・Fragile, breakable and delicate items that require special handling
