Custom clearance delay/Shipment stuck at customs
Last Updated:
Once the product has been shipped from our logistics center and arrives in the destination country, customs clearance will be carried out as part of the import procedures.
If there is no change in the customs clearance status for several days or more, there may be a delay or some issue.
As we are not affiliated with customs authorities in each country, we are unable to provide detailed support for customs procedures. However, the handling may differ depending on the chosen shipping method.
Japan Post
Japan Post is responsible for shipping within Japan and up to the point of departure from Japan.
Once the package arrives in the destination country, customs clearance and delivery will be handled by the local postal service.
Therefore, for inquiries regarding customs clearance, please have your tracking number ready and contact the local customs office or postal service directly.
ECMS / DHL / FedEx
These shipping carriers have local offices or branches in many countries.
They may contact the recipient directly or provide instructions to us (the sender) if any action is required.
If you do not receive any contact from the shipping carrier, we recommend reaching out to the local customer support of the respective carrier directly, with your tracking number on hand.
