- Separating items which have been paid for together, into separate packages
Items Not Covered by Compensation
- Damage to junk items or Non-standard items
- Prohibited items
- Items without tracking service
- Counterfeit items
- Stains, dirt, dents, fraying, scratches, discoloration, folds, or chips on used products
- Items with minor scratches or dirt
- Items that cannot clear customs in the destination country
- Items delayed during delivery
- Items that have arrived 7 days after arrival or those lacking required information to process a compensation claim
