Typically, we process orders within one day after confirming payment of the charge 1.  However, on flea market sites like Rakuten Rakuma, some items require the seller's approval before purchase. After confirming payment of the charge 1, our staff will submit a purchase request.  If there is no response from the seller, the order will remain in "order processing pending" status. If the transaction cannot be initiated due to reasons such as non-approval or item being out of stock on the flea market site, the order will be canceled and refunded within 10 business days.

In many cases, this is an issue which happens with items paid for via PayPal. When making a payment through PayPal, the item must be shipped to the address set in the PayPal account at the time of charge 1 payment.  However, as a special exception, by following the beloe steps, we maybe able to assist so you can change the address: To do this, please follow the below steps: If you have any remaining deposit balance, please release any outstanding deposits. Check the total amount for Charge1 value of the item in question and add the same amount as a deposit using a credit card. Once the deposit has been added, contact customer service with the order number of the relevant item. By completing this process, shipping to an address other than the registered one may be possible, and the amount originally paid via PayPal will be promptly refunded to the original payment method.

The sniper bid operates 5-10 minutes before the auction ends. If the sniper bid was set but the item was not won, the following reasons may apply: Another bidder exceeded the highest bid you set. The seller manually ended the auction early. The seller has prohibited proxy services from bidding. The auction page became overloaded and could not be accessed.

If you wish to reset your password, kindly simply request a password change by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You will then receive a temporary password that you will have to use on the provided link. Once you click the "Confirm Update" button, a confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. After you click the URL in this confirmation email, your user ID update will be complete.
