Photo service fee: 3 photos for 500 yen

For requests of less than 3 photos, the minimum charge will still be 500 yen. 

For the 4th photo onwards, a fee of 100 yen per photo will be charged. 

Examples:

• 1 ~ 2 photos: 500 yen
• 3 photos: 500 yen
• 6 Photos: 800 yen

Once we have taken and sent the photos to you, any extra photo requests will incur a minimum charge of 500 yen for up to 3 more photos.

If you would like to request our photo service, please contact our Customer Service with the following information:

• Order/Auction ID
• How many photos you would like
• Any specifications on the angle, part of the item, etc. you wish to have the photos taken of

If we do not receive a specific request from you, in general we shall take photos as per below:

• Front of the item
• Back of the item
• Item from a different angle

* Photo requests will be handled according to the order received and it may take several business days to provide you with the photos requested.
