Resolution Procedure for the Payment Issue in November 2025

Currently, some customers are experiencing an issue where payment cannot be completed successfully.
The image below shows the error message you may encounter.

The following steps have resolved the issue in many cases, so as a temporary measure, we advise trying this before inquiring:
Instructions:
・Switch browser to Chrome
・Turn off Preloading settings in Chrome. See below for how to do this:
■ PC (Windows / Mac / Linux)
(Correct location: Performance, not Privacy & security)
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
3. Select “Settings.”
4. In the left sidebar, click “Performance.”
5. Find “Preload pages” (or “Preload pages for faster browsing and searching”).
6. Change to “No preloading.”
This disables Chrome from loading pages in the background.
■ Android
1. Open the Chrome app.
2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
3. Select “Settings.”
4. Tap “Privacy and security.”
5. Tap “Preload pages.”
6. Choose “No preloading.”
■ iPhone (iOS)
(Correct location: Bandwidth → Preload Webpages)
1. Open the Chrome app.
2. Tap the three dots (…) in the bottom-right corner.
3. Select “Settings.”
4. Tap “Bandwidth.”
5. Tap “Preload Webpages.”
6. Select “Never.”
